Our credit card processor has a tendency to reject cards, so send us a note and let us know if you're having trouble.

Shipping Information

RockWellRanch offers free standard shipping on orders over $35 to addresses within the United States.  Expedited shipping may also be available.

Turnaround Time

RockWellRanch attempts to ship all orders for items purchased within 5 business days of receipt.  Any dates shown are approximate, if you have an exact need date please contact us about meeting it. (See this note about our inventory)

Sending Items In

We can customize items you already own.  If you are mailing your to us we will attempt to ship it back to you within 1 to 2 business days as schedule allows.  You will receive instructions for shipping your device in your order confirmation email.  We offer flat-rate in-bound shipping - just request a label from this page and we will invoice you when we receive your item.

Corporate Orders

Larger orders and on-order items may require more time.  If you have a deadline, please put your order in hands by date in the order comments section of the checkout. We will contact you if we cannot meet this deadline or if extra fees will apply.

Payment Information

Up front payment is recommended for the fastest turnaround time but we are happy to invoice you if needed. Request a quote or contact us via email.
